The building’s façades are composed of two materials: glass and smooth exposed concrete in white and dark gray (graphite) tones.

The side façades terminate in a diagonal line that opens wider on the higher floors, allowing maximum exposure to the view from the living areas in direct relation to the visibility toward the sea.
