The project involves the design of an addition of 2.5 floors to an existing three-story residential building, including seismic reinforcement, as part of the Lev Ha’Ir (City Center) plan.

The design transforms the existing structure and integrates the addition into it, creating a single, homogeneous building in which the new is seamlessly blended with the old, forming one unified architectural entity.

Existing architectural elements of the building are emphasized through the use of new materials, creating a renewed façade that connects the old and the new.
