Design Concept

A residential building comprising 25 dwelling units over 7 floors, including a partial penthouse level.

For optimal planning and execution, the two existing plots were consolidated into a single site. The floors are non-uniform and are architecturally tailored to the client’s program and the requirements of the existing residents.

The building’s external appearance reflects this approach as well—each floor differs from the others through variations in balcony design and façade textures.

The building includes two underground parking levels equipped with semi-automated parking systems.
