Feldstein House was built in 1925 in the Eclectic style by architect Moshe Lubranitzky.
The building’s façade is fully symmetrical. The ground floor is used for commercial purposes and is devoid of architectural ornamentation.
The first and second floors serve as residential levels and are framed between two stylized cornices.
The two side bay windows (erkers) give the façade depth and contribute to a clear definition of four vertical bays.
