Design Concept
The planning concept is derived from an approach focused on maximizing the site’s existing potential, with emphasis on orientations toward both distant and close views, opening the apartments to natural light and air, offering the widest possible variety of apartment sizes and types, and integrating with the wide Washington Boulevard, which is planned to become a pedestrian promenade, with limited vehicular access solely for entry to parking facilities.
The building, designed in accordance with the B Plan for Jaffa, allows for wide, stepped terraces on the rear façade, and a front façade featuring cantilevered balconies integrated with bay windows.
The building includes a fully automated parking system that meets the complete parking standard.
