The building design combines the preservation of the characteristic character of the Neve Tzedek neighborhood with contemporary planning advantages suited to the spirit of the time.
Access is provided through an open, landscaped internal courtyard, from which the two residential units on the ground floor are entered. Above it, a suspended bridge leads to the two units on the upper floor.

All four units in the building are duplex apartments: two with an attached basement and private garden, and two with living spaces opening onto rooftop terraces.
All four units are provided with underground parking via a fully automated parking system.
