A loft building designated for employment use.
An addition of three floors to an existing three-story building. The planning concept seeks to provide a unique visual expression for a building intended for employment use in a relatively busy area. The façades integrate exposed concrete elements and black basalt stone, large Belgian-style glass openings, high ceilings, and open spaces using basic raw materials—concrete floors and walls, exposed infrastructure, and clean, simple lines. The upper floors are open, with roof terraces offering impressive views of the city to the north and south, and west toward the sea.
