Design Concept
The building is located on a plot with steep topography, with an elevation difference of 11.5 meters between the upper level of the site and the street level (HaGilgal Street).
The building is designed in accordance with the topography, such that each floor is partially embedded in the ground at the rear and exposed at the front. Each level is stepped relative to the level below it, causing the building to gradually recede away from the street line, with each level featuring a roof terrace formed as a result of the terracing.
The building façades integrate with the stepped design, making the structure fully open toward the street and the distant views, and partially open on the sides.
A glass wall combined with aluminum shading fins accompanies the stair ascent along the full height of the building on the side façades.
Each residential unit has a ground-level garden at the upper part of the plot, accessible directly from the living area.
