Design Concept
An addition to a historic, preservation-listed building, expressed as a two-story vertical extension along with a substantial rear enlargement.
The project comprises a total of 14 residential units, distributed across two stairwells under single ownership.
The building was designed with meticulous attention to details drawn from the architectural language of the period in which the original structure was built, while maximizing the impressive views of the red-tiled roofs, the Jaffa Bay, and the coastline visible from every floor of the building, situated at the highest topographical point of the Neve Tzedek neighborhood.
The apartments were fully designed, including high-end furnishing and fittings, and are intended exclusively for rental use.
The building features a cultivated rear courtyard, which also serves as the access point to an external elevator and to parking for the owners residing on the top floor, who maintain the building with daily, meticulous care.
