A four-story residential building on stilts, located  Infront of HaKerem Street with views of the sea.
Each floor is designed differently, resulting in irregular side façades.
The entire building envelope consists of glass walls—some integrated with fixed aluminum louvers for shading, and others fully transparent with internal electric blinds.
Exposed concrete beams and columns, arranged in irregular patterns, separate one transparent field from another.
