Design Concept
Special consideration was given to the quality of the shared public spaces for all residents.
The building’s entrance is highlighted by a seven-story-high ceiling - an open vertical void that connects to all the floor lobbies on one side, and to sea views on the other through a full-height glass wall.
The entrance lobby is wide and impressive, ending in a courtyard garden open to the sky, with a transparent elevator at its center.
All public areas in the building benefit from natural light, generous proportions, and meticulous detailing: black granite flooring, walls clad in white stone, ceilings illuminated with concealed and exposed LED lighting, and a centrally lit elevator.
The building’s exterior is finished with black basalt stone and light gray pigmented plaster, combined with full-height glass façades across the units to maximize exposure to sea views, natural light, and airflow.
