Design Concept
A new residential building comprising 16 dwelling units over 8 floors, including a partial penthouse level.
The building includes three underground parking levels with standard parking spaces, without a robotic parking system.
The building is designed so that its façades form a single monolithic entity, creating a continuous architectural relationship between all sides. The western side of the building borders a public pedestrian pathway, while the rear façade borders the city of Givatayim, with significant changes in topography.
The rear gardens of the garden apartments are terraced in order to moderate the level differences while maintaining privacy for their residents.
The apartments are very spacious, with two residential units per floor.
The design emphasizes residential use, with external wall cladding in high-quality materials and the implementation of advanced thermal insulation systems.
The building includes three underground parking levels with standard parking spaces, in accordance with the regulations and guidelines of the Ramat Gan Municipality.
