Design Concept
A residential building comprising 19 dwelling units over 8 floors, including a partial penthouse level, planned on a triangular-shaped site, with approximately 65% of its façade length facing two adjacent streets. The planning concept responds to the bordering street lines through curved geometries, including the lines of the balconies.
To emphasize the curved lines of the façades, vertical aluminum fins are used, attached to the building walls and extending into the balcony railings as an integral part of the façade system, reinforcing and enhancing the building’s curvature.
In the landscape design of the building courtyards facing the adjacent streets, the significant changes in elevation are utilized to create a connection between the building’s courtyards and the public realm. Curved lines are employed, continuing the building’s geometry as an integral part of the overall design concept.
The building includes three underground parking levels with standard parking spaces, in accordance with the regulations and guidelines of the Ramat Gan Municipality.
