Design Concept
A residential building located in the southeastern part of Tel Aviv, in a neighborhood still in the stages of development.
The project is intended for young residents, and its design concept expresses this youthful spirit and the neighborhood’s renewal through bold, contrasting accents of yellow, gray, and white, integrated into the façades - creating a building that appears different from every angle.
What unifies all façades is their vibrancy, colorfulness, and the visual interest created by the building’s various wings.
The building emerges from an open, landscaped, and carefully designed private outdoor area that connects Hertzel Street with Hasadna Street.
An arcade accompanies the building’s entrance route, leading from Hertzel Street through the garden and into the main lobby.
The entrance lobby features a ten-story-high ceiling, opening toward the garden through a full-height glass wall that visually connects all the building’s lobbies -framing views both toward the distant landscape and toward the immediate one: the garden within the open private lot.
All apartments are provided with parking in a fully automated parking system.
