Design Concept
A new residential building constructed based on development rights granted under an existing statutory plan (TABA), with additional rights granted under TAMA 38/3.
The building comprises 9 floors: a full column (pilotis) level, 7 typical residential floors, a penthouse level, and an underground parking basement providing full parking standard compliance.
The building includes 17 residential units, of which 2 are garden apartments with private gardens, and 14 are four-room apartments, each with three air orientations and a balcony. A penthouse apartment is planned on the roof level.
The building façades challenge the repetitive appearance of typical residential floors, creating a distinct and unique architectural expression for each floor. The planning concept is implemented in a three-dimensional manner, integrating all building façades.
Each façade element is expressed through distinct materiality: glass, smooth exposed concrete in a white tone, and wall finishes in light gray and dark gray (graphite), according to the various planes.
